They Were Having a Purple Time

I am finishing up the color studies for Gracie and The Radar Girls today. This is author Karen Moore's favorite scene. It was fun to draw the 1940's clothes for this piece. I'm loving the energy in the dancers. Gracie is on the far left front.

This photo of my computer desk is just a glimpse of how messy my whole studio is. After this book is finished, I will have to hoe out the studio! :P
